To become an official member of the Hyde Park-Kenwood Community Action Council, please fill out this form and email it to Carl Hurdlik (cchurdlik@cps.edu). N.B. The small print at the end indicates that members should commit to spending 10 hours per month on CAC business. Don't let that number scare you away -- this can be as big or as small a commitment as you can make.
