Opportunity for high school students to learn coding this summer for free

CoderSpace Summer Program (Apply by June 15)

CoderSpace is hosting an 8-week summer program which offers high school students (including students who will graduate from 8th grade in June) the opportunity to learn the basic coding languages that power the web (HTML, CSS, and JS). Students gain experience in web development, teamwork, and leadership as they work together in small teams to design and build websites for local businesses. The program runs Monday through Friday from July 6 to August 28 at the Community Programs Accelerator at the University of Chicago. The program is FREE and laptops and CTA passes are provided.
