8-part series on school reform to take place at noon on Thursdays at UofC Institute of Politics

An 8-week series of lectures on school reform will take place at the University of Chicago's Institute of Politics (5707 S. Woodlawn Avenue) starting Thursday, April 9, at noon.

Journalist Kate Grossman will talk about the current education reform movement.  This week's talk will focus on how the movement for "accountability" grew out of the No Child Left Behind Legislation passed under President George W. Bush.

The series is free and open to the public, but a seat must be reserved ahead of time. You can do this by visiting the institute's event website.
