Free and low-cost one-on-one tutoring by University of Chicago students is available

The Neighborhood Schools Program's Maroon Tutor Match is offering one-on-one tutoring for $12/hour as well as community tutoring, which is free.

For the one-on-one tutoring, University of Chicago student tutors are matched with students according to their areas of expertise. Parents arrange a time and place to meet with the tutor, or they can also set up on-line sessions. Thanks to the support of sponsors, Maroon Match Tutors can offer this service for $12/hour. The first two hours are free.

Free tutoring is available on a first come-first served basis at University Church at 5655 S. University Avenue. Maroon Match Tutors will be available from 4-6pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays in the University Church's library (next to Fabiana's Cafe). Students will be able to receive one hour of tutoring each day.
