There will be a town hall meeting concerning Dyett High School on Thursday, April 14, 2016 from 6pm-8pm at Mount Pisgah Church (4622 South King Drive). Community members who were active in pressuring CPS to keep Dyett open and to retain its status as an open-enrollment high school are going to be expressing their desires to:
-- put green technology in the curriculum
-- create Dyett as a community school
-- make sure there is an elected LSC in year 1
-- make community internships available
-- make sure that the Dyett Hunger Strike is recognized in the school
